A meeting of the board of directors of Sundaram Multi Pap will be held on Aug. 27, 2007 to consider recommendation of dividend, if any, for the year ended Mar. 31, 2007. The board at the same meeting shall also consider and approve the audited accounts for the aforesaid year.
