NEW DELHI: Leading industrialist Rahul Bajaj failed to arrive at a settlement with his brother Shishir Bajaj on the division of the empire with the time alloted by the Company Company Law Board (CLB).
The brothers on Friday sought some more time from the principal bench of CLB.
Counsels representing Rahul and Shishir informed the bench that the two brothers have not been able to arrive at an out-of-court settlement, however, adding that they would carry on negotiations to settle the matter.
