NEW DELHI: The much-awaited guidelines on the semiconductor policy, expected to bring in investments worth billions of dollars, is likely to be announced by the end of the week. The guidelines would help Intel, Siemens, Texas, Videocon, Moser Baer and others to firm up their plans to set up semiconductor manufacturing facilities in India.
