Big Apple looking at pvt hands for expansion

NEW DELHI: Big Apple, an Indian version of popular American convenience store chain '7-11', is looking at private placement of shares to raise funds for the second phase of expansion in the national capital region entailing an investment of nearly Rs 75 crore.
"As much as half of our second phase of expansion will be funded through private placement, for which we will start the valuation process in December this year. The remaining 50 per cent would be funded through internal accruals," Big Apple Managing Director Munish Hemrajani said.
